The Meet with Confidence Programme includes:
- Groups with a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 50 rooms on peak will be offered zero attrition, zero cancellation with notice given by the applicable 30-day cut-off date, as long as the business is rebooked and consumed by 31 December 2022, subject to availability at the hotel. “Peak” is defined as the night during an event when most rooms are occupied by those in attendance. Minimum of 10 rooms on peak requires at least one night of the group stay must achieve peak of 10 guestrooms.
- If the rooms are on a master account, the group will also receive a credit to the master bill room charges of up to 10% when actualising > 85% of contracted sleeping rooms.
- If the individual attendees will “pay on their own,” customer will be offered or comped 2 rooms per 25 rooms booked.
- For one-day meetings — a credit of up to 10% can be applied to food and beverage, meeting room rental, or the one-day meeting package.
To qualify for the Offer, the Group Booking must be finalised with a fully signed contract between 16 November 2021 and 30 June 2022 and must be consumed during the period of 1 January 2022 through 31 December 2022. To qualify for the Offer, a customer must expressly request to participate in the Offer at the time of the customer’s initial request for a proposal for the Group Booking, and reference to the Offer and the applicable benefits of the Offer must be included in the Group Booking contract. All Group Bookings are subject to the terms included in the contract. The Offer is not available for previously cancelled or rescheduled Group Bookings, or for any Group Bookings that were under contract, or part of contract discussions or negotiations, prior to 16 November 2021. All Group Bookings are subject to availability. The Offer is available for Group Bookings made for the customer by a third-party group intermediary for commissionable rates. All credits due the customer under this Offer will be applied before any applicable commission payments are calculated.
